The challenge
Project managers relied on fragmented spreadsheets and scattered records, creating repetitive tracking and inconsistent visibility.
The solution
I designed and implemented a standardized connected structure with the teams, including linked records, reporting, workflows, documentation and user enablement.
The outcomes
The structure supported 50+ project managers across 31 operational environments. Routine administrative effort was historically estimated at ~3 hours saved per project manager per week; this is not audited salary savings.
